Can I check the status of my Order online?

Yes!  The status of your order can be found on our website 24 hours a day.  Please click here to Track Your Order. Your order history will appear and you can check the status by simply clicking on the order number.  You will receive a shipping email as soon as the product leaves the warehouse. 

When will my order ship?

Each item's product page indicates the number of days needed to manufacture and process your order. It also indicates the days it takes to deliver the item to each country.  

What are your shipping rates?

All orders shipped to the US are free. Most orders shipped to Canada and UK are also free but some do have shipping charges.  For each item shipping details are available in the description.

All US orders are shipped with USPS first class mail or priority mail.  All non-US orders are shipped with DHL Express or USPS Priority Mail International.

How do I receive a coupon?

I am having trouble uploading my image. What should I do?

 Please make sure the pictures you upload are of good quality. You can use this free editor tool https://resizeimage.net/ to resize or remove background if needed.  If you are still having trouble, you can always email us at info@fizoshdesignscustomgifts.com with the picture attached and  please describe the problem you are having. We will get back to you ASAP.


 

Can I change or cancel my Order?

Once completed and placed, you have 2 hours to change or cancel your order! Email us immediately with your order number at info@fizoshdesignscustomstudio.com. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted after that. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
